Kuinka isot syövät pienet

Vihdoinkin sain jotain ruukkuihin ja elämä tuntuu hymyilevän ihan eri tavalla. Takapihan puolella on monta ruukkua täyttämäti mutta pidän hieman taukoa ja käyn katselemassa puutarhaliikkeiden tarjontaa pari kertaa viikossa. Uusia kukkiahan tulee koko ajan ja on tosi tylsää jos kaikissa on samaa kukkaa. Nautiskelen ja täyttelen ruukkuja pitkin kesää joten valikoimakin on sitten laajempi.
Puutarhaliikkeistä puheen ollen minusta on surullista kuinka isot ketjut kuten Plantagen syö pienyrittäjiä.

I bought few flowers to the pots and I felt so happy soon as I got beautiful flowers around me. I have many empty pots still left but I enjoy to go these little garden shops few times a week to check up what new plant has come. It is more enjoyable to bye flowers many different times, that way you get more variations.
Do you remember little cute squirrel some posts ago (here), I think the fox ate it. My neighbor lady told me she saw the fox in our front yard the squirrel in it's mouth and nobody hasn't seen the cute little funny squirrel after that, sad.

Sorry to hear about your little squirrel friend. But I seem to have a weak spot for the fox too somehow. Overhere in Holland you don't see foxes very often anymore.

  19. Yipee, I am back to see all your lovely flowers. Question, the Spanish Lavendar in the boot. Did you just get a boot and plant in there, or did you poke holes in the boot for drainage? LOVE the idea of plants in boots, shoes, and especaially childrens shoes. Nice post, keep them coming.

  20. Janie-it is my hubby's old winter boots which break down last winter and I have kept them the whole winter for this purpose. I didn't poke holes because they are leather and leather do "breath" so I think extra water will evaporate (I hope).
