Wrong country, story of my life!

Do you still remember light and colors, my memories are starting to fade. It was only few weeks ago when I was walking on that path above (in Madrid). It was warm and nice, I felt joy of life, I was happy from toes to head. Now this constant raining, darkness and lack of colors starting to get me. I know every year same moaning but I do think I have born in the wrong country! I have born the longest day of the year ( when there is most hours of daylight) so if somebody would have asked me then I would have said it is a sign, I'm not meant to live in Finland during the winter time!

  1. Feel with you Henrietta. Lost my mom two months ago and now its just dark and rainy and starting to get really cold here. We must light our candles and make some nice xmas decorating. Or just go through our summer photos. Love the feeling your photos always make me feel, relaxed and peaceful - enjoying true beauty.

  7. Each year when winter starts in NE Oregon, my husband and I ask each other, "If we don't like this season, why do we live here?" Well, he was born here and I was born just 25 miles away....but we would love to live in the sun.

  9. Even here in the southern part of the US, we are covered in grey with the leaves turning to brown. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. :)
