Voisin upota tuohon muhevaan vaaleaan kauneuteen. Tästä kauniista valosta ja väristä onkin hyvä siirtyä hyiseen Itämereen. Otin risteilyllä pari kuvaa Itämerestä ja eikä mitenkään lämmin tunnelma. Alkaa melkein paleleen kun katsonkin noita kuvia.

This lovely peony is from last summer. I so love peonies in this color and shape. They are so fluffy that I could crawl inside and wait winter to end. From this warm and fluffy flower we take a cold step to freezing Baltic Sea. I took these two pictures from the cruise few days ago and as you can see it really looks like dead cold hell in my opinion.

Peony is a delicate flower in the warm color and is beautiful. Sea although almost gray, and so is beautiful for me, because I love them. Yours.

  11. I so love peonies as well, such beautiful flowers, and their smell always reminds me of spring at my Grandmother’s house.

That sea looks frigid indeed! Glad you were on a ship vs in the water! Brr!

  12. What a beautiful peony this is Henrietta.
It is especially nice for me since we see mostly whites and reds here. Pink is definitely a rarity.

  14. Hi Henrietta,

I love peonies, too, and LOVE how you have the petals extending here beyond the photo frame!!

Hmm, cold, dead hell. Yes, it looks a bit like that. Won't been long now, though. Hang in there.

And let's dream of that villa in Italy! xo
