Nuo verhot äitini antoi minun haltuuni kun lähdin opiskelemaan -92. Käsittämätöntä kuinka ne edelleen ovat valkoiset vaikka ne on seitkytluvulta. Taitaa se olla niin että ennen vanhaan kaikki oli paremmin, kankaatkin olivat kunnon kangasta eikä halpatuontia.

Like I had painted this lovely tulip to canvas but no. I have photographed tulip and I have painted a real painting to canvas.

Here is mixed-media painting what I have been doing this past week. It has been fun to try everything. For example the circle shapes are made wit roll of toilet paper:)

Sunshine

Oli upea päivä kävelylle tai oikeestaan köpöttelin koska iskias tuottaa liikaaa tuskaa. Nöyryyttävää kun mummot suurinpiirtein juoksee ohi:) Joka tapauksessa mietiskelin jäälle menoa mutta en uskaltanut riskeerata. Paikoittain tuli vettä lumen päälle kun astuin joten päätin pysyä rannoilla, elämää vielä liikaa elettävänä. Lumihanget näyttivät aivan mahtavilta auringonpaisteessa, vaikka alakin oleen suht kyllästynyt talven kuvaamiseen ajoittain tulee hetkiä jolloin ei voi kuin huokaista kauneuden edessä ja tänään oli taas sellainen hetki.

I'm pretty bored for shooting winter photos but today it was really beautiful day. The sun reflects so beautifully to the snow that it is breathtaking. I took this photo from ground level so it gives little different point of view.

Sense of the summer

Blooming Fridayssa teemana tuoksut. Ostin tämän neilikan sen hauskan ulkomuodon takia, se muistuttaa ruohoa. Mielestäni tämä ei tuoksu mutta antaa muiston ja tunteen ruohosta. Parasta on vasta leikatun nurmikon tuoksu tai sateen kasteleman nurmikon tuoksu.

Theme of the Blooming Friday is scents.I bought this carnation because it looks funny and it reminds me of grass. It does not have a scent but it gives me a sense of grass and summer. It reminds me of just mowed grass and that is a best scent ever or grass after raining, they are my favorite scents of summer.

Oi että  tykkään herkän värisistä tulppaaneista. Minusta tämä on niin kaunis ja pehmeä että voisin ryömiä sisään ja nukahtaa suloiseen unelmaa:)

I just love delicate colored tulips. This seem so soft and dreamy that I just could crawl inside and fall a sleep with a happy smile:)

I painted this little collage around to my photo. Then I take macro photos from the painting that I get some textures to use with photos. I tried one texture shot with this garlic photo and I think it gives little something extra:) This was nice to do; I made a new painting and textures at same time. How creative is that!! My word was CREATIVE.

Tämän vuoden sanani on LUODA ja pitkästä aikaan sain sudittua kollaasitaulun valokuvani ympärille. Sain oikeestaan kaksi kärpästä yhdellä iskulla koska kuvasin makrokuvia taulusta eli sain myös hyviä tekstuureja käytettäväksi muiden kuvien kanssa. Yllä on esimerkkinä valkosipulikuva ja kuva tekstuurista jonka kuvasin taulusta. Nämä kaksi kuvaa kun yhdistää tulee tuollainen kun alin kuva on. Tykkään kovasti tekstuureista koska minusta ne tuo kuviin jotain kivaa pikku exstraa, kuvat näyttävät enemmän taiteelta kuin dokumentilta. Tämä on tälläistä keittiötaidetta ei tarkoitettu vakavahenkisille:)

Happy dead color

On satanut vettä, lunta ja välillä pakastaa. Eilen kävelyllä huomasin pari syksyn lehteä jotka sitkeästi olivat pysyneet kiinni oksissa ja olivat jäässä. Lehdet olivat korkealla, vettä satoi ja minä tollo läähätin etsimen huuruun joten tarkennus jäi vähän huteraksi mutta jäätä niissä on. Ruskeankeltaiset lehdet olivat ihmeellinen väriläiskä niin harmaassa maisemassa. Pienestä sitä ihminen innostuu tässä värittömässä maassa, kevättä ja värejä odotellessa:)

It has raining water, snow and between has been cold so it is icy. I found these lovely colored leaves, witch are the last memory of the last autumn and they strike me with they colors because here is no colors at all ( just grays). I'm waiting spring and colors so anxiously that even these dead leaves can be exiting colors for me:)

Arkipäivän kauneutta

Nämä haarukat ja veitset kuuluneet aikanaan miehen mummolle. Niitä oli kunnon setti ja olivat hienossa rasiassa . Kahvaosat ovat hyvin vaalean keltaiset ja englannissa valmistettu.

Tuli vaan mieleen että kauniit ovat vaikka harvemmin sitä katsellaan minkälaisella vehkeellä sitä ruokaa suuhunsa mättää. Välillä se kauneus on pienestä revittävä:)

Ollut liian paljon töitä tällä viikolla mukaan lukien viikonloppu joten luominen jäänyt vähemmälle. Tässä samaan syssyyn Ashleyn haaste ja One Little word. Kovasti aloin tänään kuvaamaan kun töistä pääsin ja tässä tulokset. Nyt on pää tyhjä ja väsynyt. Josko sais vihdoinkin ruokaa tälle päivälle, vois vaikka paistaa tuon ekan kuvan munan.

Have been to much at work in this week including the weekend so I just photographed today after work. Here is Ashley's challenge and One Little Word challenge in the same time. My word was creative and I think some of photos are at least creative thinking if not anything else. I'm so hungry so I think I'm going to make that egg from the first shot:)

Live Every Moment today's theme is cold. This little sauna is deserted  for winter or forever, don't know but is cute. It would be nice to go this sauna and come outside to cool myself.

Blooming Friday teemana kuviot. Olen monesti ajatellut kuinka saisin inspiraationi luonnosta ja varsinkin kukista jos olisin pukusuunnittelija. Kuvassa on kuollut amarylliksen lehti mutta edelleen hyvin inspiroiva ja kaunis, oikein hyvä iltapuvun lähtökohta.

Theme of Blooming Friday is patterns. Here I have shriveled leaf of Amaryllis but still so beautiful and inspirational. If I were a designer this would great start to design evening dress.

This lovely rose is from last summer. Until we get the new summer and roses have to recycle the old ones. I can almost smell the summer:)
